SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These terms govern the text messages GO-180 may send you. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
About the messaging program
If you opt in, GO-180 sends text messages to support your transition — for example account and security notifications, appointment or task reminders, and updates about features you use. Message content depends on the services you have enabled.
Your consent
We send texts only after you opt in — for example by adding and verifying your mobile number and enabling text notifications in your settings. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of using GO-180. You can change your messaging preferences at any time in your account settings.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not GO-180. GO-180 does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.
How to opt out or get help
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop further texts. You may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us via our contact form.
- You can also turn off text notifications in your account settings at any time.
Privacy
We do not sell your mobile number or text-message content. Information related to messaging is handled per our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Crisis support is always available
Opting out of GO-180 texts never affects your access to crisis help. The Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7, independent of GO-180:
These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice. We update them when our messaging practices materially change.
